How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your beans are roasted and dispatched.
What is your return policy for coffee products?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or there was an error, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We partner exclusively with Fair Trade certified farms and cooperatives to ensure that farmers receive equitable pay and that all crops are grown using sustainable agricultural practices.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose to have your favorite blends delivered every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. Subscribing saves you 15% on every order and you can cancel or pause at any time through your account dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure freshness. If you need to make a change, please email our support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the roasting process has begun, we can no longer modify the order.
